Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to telecare alarms and calls from clients in a timely manner.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their well-being and service needs.
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of client information and incidents.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, emergency services, and social services to coordinate care.
Educate clients and their families about telecare services and available resources.
Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients based on individual needs and preferences.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about best practices in telecare services.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or healthcare role, preferably within telecare or similar services.
Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport with clients and families.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Basic technical proficiency in using communication technology and software applications.
Empathy and compassion towards individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to respond to client needs.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £25.06
Location: Southwark, South East London
