Job Title: Senior Executive Support We are looking a highly organised and proactive Senior Executive Support/ PA to Directors to provide administrative support to senior leadership and ensure the smooth running of daily office operations with our client based in Newry. This role involves a mix of personal assistant duties, general office management, HR administration, and document preparation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion. Key Responsibilities: PA & Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior management. Handle incoming communications, prioritising emails and phone calls. Organise board and senior management meetings. Office Administration: Coordinate office facilities, liaising with suppliers and service providers. Assist in implementing and improving office processes and procedures. HR Administration: Support HR functions Assist with onboarding new employees and arranging necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Document Management & Typing: Draft, proofread, and format business documents, letters, and reports. Manage confidential records and ensure document security. Support data entry and maintain company databases. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a PA, Business Support, or Office Administrator. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of HR administration and office management best practices. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Desirable Qualifications: Experience in a similar role within a commercial environment.
