* Maintaining 2 AA Rosette standards in your work.
* Ensuring all mise en place is ready for smooth service.

* Following all food safety & hygiene regulations (HACCP).
* Managing stock rotation and storage effectively.
* Communicating any issues or needs clearly.
* Supporting other kitchen sections when required.
* Cleaning your section and preparing for the next day.
* Assisting with ordering and stock checks.
