Flexible Working | Pioneering Health-Tech Start-Up | NMP / Prescriber | Make a Difference
The landscape of ADHD is rapidly changing, with demand and awareness growing every day.
Are you a practitioner who is interested in making care a treatment hugely more accessible, as demand and cost seem set to continue to rise?
We're recruiting on behalf of a health-tech start-up with a clear and important mission: to make ADHD assessment and treatment more affordable and accessible to everyone; in other words, transforming ADHD treatment in the UK.
Whilst it is a start-up, it is an off-shoot of an established healthcare provider with a strong presence in the pharmacy sector, giving it both the stability and resources needed to grow and make an impact.
The Role
As the first dedicated prescriber (after the clinical lead) within the service - which is set to launch at the end of this year - you will be working alongside the Clinical Lead, who has crafted a patient-led process, built off the back of a successful career in launching & growing other private ADHD assessment and prescribing services.
Meaning you'll have both support and the freedom to shape and drive clinical practices in partnership.
As the service expands, this role offers room for growth and development, making it ideal for someone with senior or lead experience who's eager to build something meaningful.
Your insights will contribute to shaping clinical pathways, developing in-house tech platforms, and setting up pharmacy-backed, patient-focused services.
Why Consider This Role?
1. Meaningful Impact: Join a mission-driven team that's rethinking ADHD treatment to make it accessible to everyone.
2. Growth Potential: Be part of a start-up where your career can grow as the business expands.
3. Flexible Work: Enjoy hybrid working arrangements, albeit the company is keen to keep an element of face-to-face work.
What We're Looking For
Our client is looking for a prescriber with:
1. Substantial experience in ADHD treatment, ideally at a senior or lead level.
2. A proactive, collaborative approach and an interest in building something impactful.
3. A passion for making ADHD treatment accessible and affordable for more people.
4. The flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with a preference for candidates in the North West who want to help shape the company culture on the ground.
If you're ready for a role with real impact, we'd love to hear from you. Apply, or email (url removed), or call (phone number removed) for more details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
