Our client based in Frimley are seeking a temporary Customer Service temp to join their busy team. This role would suit someone with previous administration and customer service experience, you must be available immediately to start. Duties: Answer phones and take messages from our customers Log these calls on a spreadsheet Meet with the Manager regularly to discuss and agree action Respond to all telephone calls within 24 hours Tidying online files and envelope stuffing Liaising with external partiesRequirements: Good experience of working in a busy office Excellent customer service skills Need to have a mature approach and be able to demonstrate good attention to detail Available immediately to start a new roleFull-time, Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours) based in the office
