Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant / Learning Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students with additional needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and build confidence in a safe and structured environment. Working closely with teachers and SEN coordinators, you will provide essential classroom support, assist in developing learning plans, and help students engage, grow, and succeed.
