Your new role
1. Document management;
2. Transcribing and proofreading letters, emails, and other correspondence
3. Handling audio typing and basic file management
4. Typing documents and tracking amendments
5. Performing scanning, paginating, and photocopying tasks
6. Assisting with file opening, ID checks, and client care letter preparation
7. Providing general administrative support to the team.
