Senior Pricing Governance Manager
Location – Leicester or Bexhill / Hybrid

Team overview
Our Retail Pricing team is responsible for developing and delivering Hastings’ street pricing strategy, which drives commercial performance whilst ensuring fair customer outcomes. Our team consists of a diverse range of pricing, data science, and analytics experts.
A career in Pricing at Hastings will be varied! You will own and oversee projects from inception to launch.
You’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:
* Managing and developing a strong team of Pricing Governance Analysts and/or Senior Pricing Governance Analysts.
* Leading Risk Management within Pricing, ensuring risks are identified and assessed.
* Owning Fair Value Assessments and Regulatory Requirements.
* Reviewing ad hoc data analysis to provide an understanding of risks faced.
* Building strong relationships with departments outside pricing and other key stakeholders.

* You are a strong communicator.
* You have strong numerical skills and the ability to find creative solutions.
* You have a proactive mindset.
* You have a great understanding of various regulators’ expectations and industry trends.

* Recruiter screening call
* 1st round - introduction call with hiring leader
* 2nd round - technical interview with hiring leader
* Final round - introduction with hiring leader's leader
