This fantastic opportunity awaits a dynamic, motivated person looking to utilise and develop further their clinical, operational and leadership skills. You will operationally lead a team consisting of professionals from Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Endocrinology as part of the wider tier 3 MDT. This service covers locations across North Cumbria. As Team Lead you will work closely with the MDT to drive the further development of this relatively new service. Within this role you will be expected to provide clinical leadership and operational management to the team and provide clinical input into group intervention and one-one therapy related to your expertise. Main duties of the job Providing clinical input, demonstrating advanced competence in complex decision making, assessment and management of clinical needs of patients with complex needs. Actively managing and supporting the development of individuals and the team through appraisal, personal development planning, coaching and mentoring Provide professional assurance and quality governance in the service Leading on the implementation of clinical protocols / pathways in identified service lines Work with the Professional Lead to implement the Allied Health Professions strategic plan.
