The role We’re looking for a talented individual with an eye for detail and a knack for technology. The digital advertising industry is fast-paced, and we work to tight deadlines. Getting the job done without errors and on time is crucial to the success of the business. We need somebody who can liaise with clients and ensure that assets like data mapping from tags, data feeds, tracking and decision trees are correctly configured in our creative platform. It’s a tech role but you won’t need to be a hardcore techie, just someone who understands the basic principles and knows what they’re looking at. Key responsibilities Support account management and trading team, relaying information from the client and creative design team in a timely manner, including pixel setup and tags, implementation queries, and timescales Configuring client and internal tracking both within our platforms and on client sites / tag management platforms Prepare product feeds for dynamic creatives using data collected from our tracking solution or the clients. Fielding requests relating to tracking, banner functionality, campaigns set ups etc. Troubleshoot technical and delivery issues, working as a liaison point between the media and creative teams so issues are fixed efficiently. Familiarity with Java, the Document Object Model (DOM), JavaScript and TypeScript Have a good understand of data formats such as JSON, XML Familiarity with tag managers such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium Build data feeds using Java and writing pixel scripts General technical operations support for pixel implementation Consult with client services team on data compliance regulations Support account management and trading with basic analytics requests Troubleshooting implementation tag management and data queries Support the creative team with complex creative and DCO builds Project manage or support on wider technical solutions Support clients with 3rd party tag management system What Crimtan Offers The opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future of a dynamic and growing Adtech company.
