We’re seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sustainability and innovation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and be committed to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to develop and implement project origination goals.
2. Coordinate with project stakeholders and internal teams.
3. Assist with project budgets, procurement and other administrative tasks.
4. Schedule meetings and organise the team diary.
5. Prepare presentations and facilitate internal approval processes.
6. Support business development objectives.
Requirements:
1. STEM degree educated, with at least one year’s commercial work experience, preferably in an engineering environment.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, with exemplary organisational and time management skills.
5. Ability and willingness to commute to Cheltenham - this role is fully office-based for at least the first year.
6. Eligible to work permanently in the UK.
