Professionally manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations via phone and email, investigating issues and ensuring effective resolution. Handle delivery enquires, product collections and freight quotes. Proactively manage customer backorders by coordinating with relevant departments and keeping customers updated. Process invoices accurately and handle credit requests. Customer Service Coordinator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous. Strong organisational abilities, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
