Within our high performing Paid Marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the Display & Social strategy, ensuring alignment across verticals, regions and platforms. Your mission will be to deliver sustainable growth across Display & Social channels, in line with business targets. What you’ll do… Strategy & Delivery Use your experience and knowledge to define and implement our global Display & Social Paid Marketing strategy across web and app Collaborate with Product, Engineering to ensure the right MarTech solutions are in place to support the delivery of our strategy Drive the adoption of modern marketing measurement practices, in collaboration with Business Analytics and Data Science teams Use a data driven, analytical approach to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our budget across the marketing funnel to deliver against our long-term growth plans Leverage internal data, industry insights, market trends, and the competitive insights to identify large scale trends and opportunities to diversify our channel mix Grow our priority markets across regions through collaboration with regional marketing leads and ensure alignment with global strategy Collaborate with Regional and Design Teams to deliver a best-in-class creative strategy Leadership and Team Management Lead and mentor a team of Paid Marketing professionals, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. Provide strategic direction, set performance goals, and support professional development for team members. What you’ll bring… Experience in Paid Marketing: Extensive track record in leading large-scale, full-funnel Paid Marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms for a global, complex, and fast-paced organisation. Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to align Paid Marketing initiatives with business objectives, supported by a clear vision and actionable roadmaps. Communication: Strong written & verbal communication, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data, insights and marketing requirements to internal stakeholders Stakeholder Management: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, diverse & geographically spread team environment and experience influencing across levels. Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in using analytics tools and data insights to shape strategy and measure success. Budget Management: Proven ability to manage multi-million pound budgets effectively and efficiently MarTech Proficiency: Expertise in using GMP, Smartly, MMM, GA4 and Attribution tools. Team Management: Proven success in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
