We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various office tasks. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in data entry using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and our CRM system as well as a solid understanding of office management practices.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in maintaining our CRM system, including invoicing.
* Support the team with clerical tasks such as ordering parts and document preparation.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff members.
* Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel)
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
