How would you like to be part of a supportive and collaborative sales team who promote and help deliver entrance solutions systems for exciting Stadia related projects?
Are you interested in developing deep, long-term relationships with a range of business customers, helping them resolve their issues with state of the art solutions?
As part of our investment in people and our continued ambitions of growth, dormakaba UK now have a fantastic new opportunity for a Sales Professional to join our expanding Entrance Systems sales team covering the North of the UK.
THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS
Our Entrance systems sales team promote our products to the construction industry. They deal with businesses such as architects, main contractors, and other construction companies who have a requirement for our systems in new build and refurbishment projects. They are solution sales professionals, consulting with the client to deliver bespoke products to meet the clients requirements depending on what their needs are.
Based from home, your main responsibility will be the sale of pedestrian access equipment in a defined geographical area, in this case the North in England. You will be contacting, engaging with, and winning clients for dormakaba, ensuring the growth of ESC business. You will proactively manage your own diary and workload, planning and tracking different opportunities, arranging meetings and consulting with clients.
But we are not looking for individuals that fly solo
Our successful salespeople collaborate extensively with other team members throughout dormakaba, such as customer account managers, the specifications team and a variety of other dormakaba professionals to ensure that we maximise the opportunities available to us as a business.

WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS
To be considered for this role we would expect you to demonstrate:
Previous experience in sales to the construction industry, with a focus on consultative sales (where you were responsible for recommending a specific solution to fit a clients requirements)
A proven track record in managing a successful sales growth and client retention
Proven ability to work both independently and remotely without close supervision
Resident in the Midlands & North either on the M6 corridor (Birmingham -Manchester) or M1 corridor (Leicester Leeds)
