About the Role
Prestigious Account Management – Supports AstraZeneca’s Cambridge Biomedical Campus, including The Discovery Centre, as part of Sodexo’s high-profile UK accounts.
Dual Workstreams Oversight – Supervises Campus Logistics (75% focus) and Workplace Experience within the South Plot, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Team Leadership & Service Coordination – Manages a team of approximately 14, oversees service delivery, and acts as a point of escalation for logistics activities.
Customer Experience & Compliance – Works alongside the South Plot Customer Service Lead to maintain high standards in housekeeping, catering, and employee engagement.
Performance & Culture Development – Ensures operational success by meeting targets and fostering a positive, proactive, and inclusive work environment.
