About the role- Paid Media Lead
Reporting into our Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for Taking full ownership for allocated paid media accounts to drive high quality traffic to brands’ ecommerce websites. There will be opportunity to take on line management duties in the future.
The main responsibilities for our Paid Media Lead role include but are not limited to:
* Owning paid media marketing for several brands, ensuring you are delivering on revenue and ROAS targets. To include feed optimisation, display, retargeting, audience/ asset creation and optimisation, creating and testing ad copy, creating and executing paid media campaigns
* You will be expected to be fully knowledgeable in reporting KPIs in order to carry out regular and ad hoc paid media reporting. This includes, traffic growth, strategies for brand growth, identifying opportunities for additional spend and performance improvements
* You will work with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. They will be expected to communicate professionally and clearly. This will involve regular contact with brands and presenting on performance.

* 37.5 hour working week, Monday-Friday

The ideal Paid Media Lead will have previous experience of running paid media campaigns on both Google and Meta ads as well as strong Excel skills for data management. You will be comfortable presenting information to senior management and clients. It would be highly desirable for you to have experience running eCommerce accounts and experience with feed management tools, as well as working in an agency set up previously. Being passionate about our Company values and the brands that we work with is a must! Perhaps you might have experience as a Paid Media Executive, Paid Media Specialist, Paid Media Manager, PPC Executive, Senior Paid Media Executive.
