Marketing Assistant Contract Type: Temporary (1-month cover starting 3rd February) Location: Kingston (Optional office presence 2 days per week) - Fully remote optional Experience: 1-2 years in marketing We are seeking a Marketing Assistant for a one-month temporary cover role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with website content management systems (CMS) and newsletter building platforms like Salesforce. Day-to-day of the role: Manage content on company websites using Umbraco CMS, coordinating new content builds and updates in sync with the Product Team. Update pricing, products, and special offers on company websites. Engage with audiences on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Manage and generate new ideas for blog content, including series such as “Day in the Life” Create and distribute weekly newsletters for the company as part of the Brand and Co-marketing programme. Handle brochure requests and manage stock fulfilment. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role. Proficient in using CMS, preferably Umbraco. Experienced in using Salesforce or equivalent platforms for newsletter creation. Strong skills in social media engagement and content management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
