Purpose of Job:

We are looking for confident, target-driven, customer-focused, and adaptable individuals to join our team as an Outbound Sales Agent. You will be working on behalf of a legal firm looking to purchase and consolidate debt owed to companies that have lost out to rogue phoenix companies. You must be confident in B2B conversations with senior-level decision-makers who have the authority to grant you the sale of the debt.
You will provide accurate MI to internal and external stakeholders to maximize all business opportunities as well as deliver against strategic objectives and quality measures. If you are self-motivated, with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build effective relationships quickly, you will thrive in this role. It's more than just your experience; what is important to us is that you feel at home building connections with new customers, helping them to see the benefits of our products and offers.
Key Skills:
1. Proven track record in sales
2. Highly professional and credible with decision-makers
3. Good understanding of CRM systems
4. Knowledge of Contact Centre workflow and telephony technologies
5. Excellent objection handling skills
6. Previous outbound sales experience is essential

NB: This is an office-based job.
