This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team of supportive consultants providing Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Services to the County of Shropshire and a substantial part of the adjacent Welsh County of Powys. There is no on call commitment attached to this job. Main duties of the job oWe are looking to appoint a Consultant Oral Surgeon. This is a full time post to join our established clinical team who cover both Telford & Shrewsbury Hospitals.oYou will be required to undertake general dentoalveolar work as part of service provision requirements.oYou will undertake Outpatient Clinics at both Hospitals with a main inpatient base and dedicated Head and Neck ward at Princess Royal Hospital, Telford.oYou will undertake day-case operating in the newly opened elective hub based Royal Princess Hospital at Telford.oTo develop enhanced clinical skills, especially in the assessment and management of a varying range of dentoalveolar conditions.
