Description Grade UE06: £33,882 to £39,105 per annum Finance Team / School of Chemistry Full time: 35 hours per week Open ended: permanent The Opportunity: This role supports the management and operation of the School of Chemistry by: Supporting Principal Investigators with the management and administration of their portfolio of research grants, contracts, and related activities, ensuring timely and accurate recording of costs and maximisation of income recovery within the funders’ regulations or terms of award. Preparing and circulating agreed regular and ad-hoc research financial reports to management and budget-holders to support financial control and decision making. Administering designated aspects of the School’s finances and operational aspects of the School’s accounting transactions and systems. This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and we are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
