Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Manager
Salary: £55,000 p/a
Location: Cambridgeshire (1/2 days a week in office)
JGA are partnered with a growing professional services firm seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have experience managing payrolls of 1000+, bonus scheme experience, and exposure to Benefits & Reward.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading end-to-end payroll process.
2. Ensuring documentation.
3. Ownership of payroll software, making necessary changes and improvements.
4. Managing Pension scheme.
5. Coordinating annual compensation review process.
6. Working on M&A integration actions.
7. Staying up to date with payroll legislation.
