Key Responsibilities : Manage all aspects of cost control, from initial budget through to final account. Prepare, monitor, and forecast project budgets. Handle contract administration, including subcontractor payments, valuations, and variations. Ensure financial reporting and progress tracking are completed accurately and on time. Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to deliver exceptional results. Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service. What We're Looking For : 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with an Irish or UK Main Contractor. Strong knowledge of civil, residential, life science projects would be beneficial. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Experience with contract management and knowledge of construction regulations.
