Carlton le Willows Academy are seeking a HR Coordinator to join our vibrant and successful secondary school, part of a high-achieving Multi-Academy Trust. As a key member of the academy’s friendly team of school-based support staff and the Trust’s wider HR team, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and effective HR support to the academy, ensuring a seamless and professional HR service for staff, leaders, and stakeholders.

Your Role Will Include:
• Managing day-to-day HR administration, ensuring smooth operations
• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new staff
• Supporting employee relations, absence management, and HR queries
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and school policies
• Assisting with payroll and contract changes, and maintenance of the Single Central Record (SCR)
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in HR, ideally within education or a similar setting
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff at all levels
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
