Woodworking Machinery experience required
A global manufacturing giant have an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager. This fully remote role is responsible for managing the full sale cycle within a prestigious woodworking machinery brand. Supporting senior stakeholders this opportunity will be responsible for driving sales strategy within the UK and offers ample career progression, a leading commission and bonus structure as well as excellent benefits.... a role not to be missed!
* Ensure quarterly sales targets are met and exceeded
* Maintain and improve the KPI's
* Ensure the brand opportunities are up to date in the CRM to enable accurate brand sales forecasts
* Liaise with the Brand Sales Mangers to update the progress of existing orders
* Maintain consistent understanding on the condition of the opportunities
* Understand demonstration machines within the Tech Centre
* Liaise with the Brand Sales Managers to ensure representative demonstrations are available
The successful candidate:
* Experience within Woodworking Machinery is essential, either in a sales or technical capacity
* Significant experience working with world class manufacturing equipment
* Knowledge of mechanics / electronics related to industrial machinery
* Self motivated, driven and a real desire to succeed
* Excellent communicator
This role will be remotely based with travel across the north of the UK as required.
