Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes.
* Ensure the properties are correctly maintained.

Qualifications:
* Must have worked in a maintenance position in the hospitality market (experience maintaining hotels, aparthotels or serviced apartments).
