Learning Support Assistant Job Description
Position: Learning Support Assistant (SEN) in a high-performing primary school
Salary: £83.33-£100 per day
Location: Based in Tendring
Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Role
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
About The Learning Support Assistant Role
1. Providing support in the classroom
2. Assisting pupils with SEND/SEMH needs in small groups and 1:1
3. Working alongside a supportive team of teaching assistants and teachers
4. Facilitating different tasks for students according to ability
