The Best Connection Group Limited is looking to appoint a Salesforce Administrator to work alongside other members of the Digital Strategy Team to define, test, configure, and deploy Salesforce-based solutions. We are offering this role as a 1-year fixed-term contract.
The Digital Strategy Team is currently working with a variety of external partners to implement End-to-End Salesforce-based solutions to transform The Best Connection, a market-leading recruitment company.
The Salesforce Administrator will be working throughout 2025 to assist with the testing, configuration, and deployment of the new solutions using their Salesforce expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing all necessary administrative tasks such as managing users, modifying page layouts, creating reports and dashboards, and adding new fields
* Optimising the performance of Salesforce products and systems
* Configure, build, and test the Salesforce application as required
* Working as part of the Solution Design team to finalise High Level Solutions
* Work with team members to define system processes
* Load data into the system
* Assisting with system documentation and process documentation
* Provide 2nd Line support to End Users
The Package:
* Annual salary of £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications

The Person:
* 1+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
* Experience working in the recruitment industry
* Experience in a role providing software support to end users
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Hours of Work:
Your working week will consist of 37.5 hours Monday - Friday with 1 hour’s lunch break each day. The role will be office-based at our Head Office in Bromsgrove with some opportunities for flexible working.
