Key Responsibilities:
1. New business sales which will involve a substantial volume of ‘cold-calls’, networking etc.
2. Promoting the Company’s products and services to a targeted ‘mid-market’ businesses.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with all relevant stakeholders internally and externally
4. Achieving and exceeding targets across a range of key deliverables.
5. Efficiently growing a client base and corresponding revenue stream.
Skills/behavioural attributes required:
6. Minimum of 1 year B2B sales experience within the energy industry either from a broker or a supplier
7. Target and results driven - desire to exceed targets and achieve success is vital .
8. Experience in a high-volume cold call environment is also essential.
9. The ability to quickly build effective relationships and gain commitment over the phone.
10. Ability to be flexible, handle objections, display initiative and work under pressure.
11. Self-motivated and passionate about making a difference
12. Great interpersonal skills and consistently display excellent communication and sales skills.
13. Computer literate and possess excellent organisational and administrative skills.
