Superior Healthcare is recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant in Faversham to join our team, working full-time day or night shifts (12 hours per shift).

The role
As a health care assistant, you will join our complex care team and work long-term with one or a small number of clients.
This could include supporting with personal care, administering medication, encouraging clients to engage with the community, and managing complex needs—all while ensuring each client feels empowered, supported, and cared for in a way that is meaningful to them.

Responsibilities
* To provide complex care interventions such as medication management and epilepsy management.
* To confidently and clearly communicate with the client and using aids where necessary.
* To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
* To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
* Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
* A minimum of 6 months of UK-based care experience.
* Valid UK driving License and access to a vehicle for work.
