Ready to kick-start your finance career in a fast-growing tech company? At Totalmobile, we’re transforming the way mobile workforces operate with cutting-edge Field Service Management technology. With 400 staff across the UK & Ireland, we empower 1,000+ organisations and 500,000 workers to deliver outstanding service while achieving a significant return on investment.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Assistant to join our Revenue team within Finance. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in accounting, finance or a related field who’s ready to take the next step and grow within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
The Role
As a Revenue Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our revenue recognition and invoicing processes, supporting entities across Ireland, Australia, and the UK. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing billing cycles, reviewing SMS revenue, processing sales orders, and supporting month-end close procedures. This is a great development role for someone who already has a basic understanding of billing or revenue and is keen to build on it.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that invoicing is accurate and aligned with contract terms, handling accrued and deferred income entries, and maintaining clear, accurate records to support financial audits. You’ll also work closely with internal teams and customers to manage purchase orders, price increases, and invoice queries. Some exposure to journals and the wider accounts receivable function will help round out your experience.
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for a recent graduate in Accounting or a related discipline who brings confidence in using Excel, a sharp eye for detail, and a natural flair for problem-solving. We will also consider someone with relevant career experience in a finance environment. Someone with Experience with accounting software would be a bonus, but above all, we’re after someone enthusiastic, curious, and keen to learn and grow in their career.
This role can be based near any of our UK or Ireland office locations and offers great scope for progression as part of a collaborative finance team in a tech company that’s truly going places.
At Totalmobile, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work. We actively celebrate colleagues’ different abilities, sexual orientation, ethnicity, faith, and gender. Everyone is welcome and supported in their development at all stages in their journey with us.
