Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of HR strategy within Our Trust. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR professional to join our team and work closely with the Head of HR across our schools to drive impactful change in our people practices.
As a key player in our mission, you will be the driving force behind delivering high quality front-line HR services that not only meet but exceed expectations. Your role as a generalist HR specialist will involve handling various aspects of employee relations and transactions and will involve regular travel between all our Trust schools.
You will be part of a supportive, committed and collaborative HR team, meeting regularly to share best practices, support each other with personal development and current cases. Throughout all work in this role, the post holder must show integrity, have high expectations of themselves and others and consideration to uphold standards of care for children, staff, parents and community.
This is a full time role, with a salary from £36,124 to £37,938 per year. It is offered as a hybrid position, with some time spent in schools, our central office in Norfolk and at home.
