In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our contractual reports. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation and distribution of these reports, which are crucial to our organisation's success. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and our extensive network of high-profile clients to forecast future needs, address capacity constraints, and enhance performance through comprehensive reporting Key responsibilities include: Gather data from various sources, analyse it, and compile it into comprehensive reports. Create and maintain reports that highlight key metrics and trends. Develop data visualisation tools to help stakeholders understand complex data. Identify and analyse trends or patterns in complex data sets. Work with all towers to understand their reporting needs and fulfil them. You can bring your whole self to work. Skills and experience: ITIL V4 Foundation certification required, further ITIL certifications are desired Proficiency in analysing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Attention to detail in data handling and reporting. Written and verbal communication skills to present data findings clearly to stakeholders. Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of reports. Understanding of business operations and the ability to align data analysis with business goals. Understanding of Service Management Framework. Security clearance: To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
