The role
As a Senior Data Processor you will supervise data processing staff. Set up and operate a variety of data processing systems. Takes lead role in individual projects including offshore.
Responsibilities include:
Undertaking QC and processing of acquired survey data sets.
Operate a variety of data processing, CAD and GIS systems.
Data processing, reporting and charting for company business lines.
Responsible for identifying personal training needs, bring them to the attention of Department Manager and to take full advantage of the training opportunities provided.
Supervise and quality control the collation and presentation of results from various survey sensors.
The preparation of various survey reports as well as maintain comprehensive hand-over notes.Generation of client specified deliverables and reports.
We’re looking for an individual with a BSC higher education degree in hydrographic surveying or related geospatial or earth sciences subject. They should have previous experience in hydrographic surveying and experience with post processing software’s such as Caris HIPS & SIPS, Starfix Processing suite, QPS Software’s & ArcGIS
