In this key role, you will be responsible for driving retail sales performance, managing the day-to-day operations, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your strategic approach and strong leadership skills will be essential in achieving revenue goals and optimizing profitability within the retail segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve performance targets.
3. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded.
5. Oversee inventory management and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
2. Strong knowledge of retail sales processes and strategies.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
6. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
7. Valid UK driving license.
