We are exclusively partnering with a social enterprise based in Southampton, who are looking to recruit a Registered Care Manager to support in the management, development and growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the daily operations of the care business, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* To develop business growth and to ensure the overall management providing first class domiciliary and Live-In care
* Lead and mentor a team of care staff, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional development.
* To ensure that the business is compliant and safe, working towards an Outstanding with CQC
* Take part with on call duties (1 in 4 weekends, paid additionally)
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to clients’ care, staff performance, and compliance.
* Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion within the company.
