Work life balance that works for you
Understanding that achieving work-life balance is key to bringing out the best in our people, we're dedicated to supporting this for our colleagues. Everyone leads multifaceted lives with diverse demands and priorities beyond their careers, and we're passionate about making it effortless for you to strike that perfect balance. Ideally, we’re looking for someone to work 40 hours per week (over 4 days), along with 1:3 Saturdays with no Sundays or out of hours.
About us
We have an experienced team, including 1 Clinical Director and 1 vet who is currently studying AVP Cert, a Head RVN, and 4 well-established RVNs. We are a training practice currently supporting an experienced SVN, along with 2 receptionists and a Practice Manager. We are a fully functioning first opinion practice with a fully equipped lab, X-ray, Ultrasound, surgical theatre, and dental facilities, with the hope of a new dental X-ray in the foreseeable future.
A great place to work
“I joined Grange Hill as Practice Manager just over a year ago. I was welcomed into a supportive team with a real family feel. Many of the team have been here for years and have a wealth of experience. I am proud of our team; we work together to give the best pet and client care. The practice has adapted to ensure a good work/life balance, which is very important to me as many of us have young families at home. I look forward to many more years here.” - Helen Fern, Practice Manager
