This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, influencer strategies, and campaign analytics. The ideal candidate will successfully manage client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and drive the development of ahead-of-the-curve marketing strategies. Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including social content, influencer, IRL activation and paid media strategies. Manage project timelines, leading communications with the client, in-house and external teams. Monitor and analyse campaign performance in order to make real-time optimisations, leveraging both off-the-shelf and proprietary BI technologies. Develop and refine company-wide SOPs and in-house tools to enhance operational efficiency as they scale. Contribute in recruitment activities, scouting both creative and technical in-house and freelance talent inline with company growth. In doing so, foreseeing operational bottlenecks and identifying growth opportunities. Provide creative sign-off on campaigns to ensure alignment with client creative direction. Directly support the Founder by taking on agency operational responsibilities, enabling them to focus on company growth.
