We are seeking a dedicated SEND Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis. In this role, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting students with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Assisting in the implementation of personalized learning strategies
* Building positive relationships with students to encourage confidence and progress
* Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure a supportive learning environment
