What you'll be doing as Key Account Support
Working hand in hand with customers, we manage their waste reduction, re-use and recycling strategies as they strive to meet their environmental goals and increase recycling rates. As Key Account Support, you will be in regular contact with our Client Engagement & Strategy Managers, clients and transport teams to ensure a high standard of customer service. Manager service requests, collection queries, complaints, admin support, account/invoice queries, helping to deliver engagement campaigns to customers – there's plenty to turn your capable hand to.
