What you’ll be doing as Portfolio Support Working hand in hand with customers, we manage their waste reduction, re-use and recycling strategies as they strive to meet their environmental goals and increase recycling rates. As Portfolio Support, you will be in regular contact with our Portfolio Manager, clients and transport teams to ensure a high standard of customer service. Manager service requests, collection queries, complaints, admin support, account/invoice queries, helping to deliver engagement campaigns to customers – there’s plenty to turn your capable hand to. What you’ll need The other musts are a valid full driving licence and an A-level (or equivalent) education.
