Responsibilities:
* Supporting students in their learning activities and personal development.
* Promoting pupils' social and emotional well-being.
* Helping maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
* Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences.
* Assisting with the implementation of Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
Qualifications:
* Experience supporting children or adults, whether in an educational setting or elsewhere.
* Familiarity with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviour.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude.
* A passion for fostering growth, confidence, and independence.
