This role offers the ability to make a tangible difference in our Health & Care Trust setting, where reliability is paramount. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team, using your expertise to ensure operational excellence.

Main Duties of the Job
A typical week will see you reviewing incident reports to identify trends or recurring issues, hosting meetings to ensure alignment on changes and departmental priorities.
You will lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) & Clinical CAB meetings, assessing risks & coordinating approvals to planned changes to ensure smooth, low-impact implementation.
You will delve into root causes of problems & major incidents, supporting technical teams to identify & communicate suitable workarounds.
Producing metric & performance reports for Trust dissemination & assurance, highlighting digital successes and areas for improvement.
You will also drive service quality CSI initiatives and improvements related to Change & Problem.
Each task supports the stability, reliability and continued growth of the Digital team, keeps our solutions running and enables seamless patient care.
You will be required to work from Kings Court 1, Worcester. The contracted hours are 37.5, working Monday to Friday.
