Production Team Leader Type: Permanent Location: Dover Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexibility required for occasional production demand). 38 hours per week. Job Purpose: The objective of this role is to lead a production department in producing finished goods to agreed specifications and standards, achieving daily planned output within estimated labour hours. Main Activities (Please note this list is not exhaustive): Ownership and Accountability: Responsible for overseeing and managing the production line. Target Achievement: Ensure daily planned output targets for the production line are met. Quality Control: Monitor quality throughout production, controlling waste levels. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production outputs, waste, and stock. Training and Communication: Ensure effective communication and conduct training for all employees on the production line. Team Building: Promote a "one team" approach where all employees treat each other with dignity and respect. Hands-on Support: Provide support on the production lines alongside colleagues as needed. High Standards: Maintain high quality and housekeeping standards. Professional Integrity: Act with professionalism, integrity, and always align with Company Values.
