About the role We require qualified Teachers who have the ability to make a significant contribution to our school. You will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils’ achievement and ability to develop. The pupils may display some challenging behaviour due to their different needs, so staff are required to have experience. Within this role, you will teach pupils in a fun and engaging way. You will also work with the support staff within the classroom to ensure that each pupil is getting the support they require, but also to ensure the smooth running of sessions and allow each pupil to have a positive learning environment. You will provide feedback to SLT, parents and carers.
