***Our client based in Cannock are looking for an experienced Office Administrator***
The Office Administrator duties include:
1. To ensure that all office activities fully comply with the Company’s general employment terms, as well as all quality and Health & Safety policies
2. Company representation at all management meetings
3. Ensure that all work orders are prioritise and processed in line with customer expectation
4. Carry out regular reviews on Customer requirements to ensure a consistent approach to customer satisfaction
5. Dealing with all customer related issues including dissatisfactions and complaints
6. Working with the Workshop Manager to ensure appropriate staff discipline is maintained within the Company
7. Provide customer sales quotations
8. Handle all sales enquiries
9. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone and emails
10. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
11. Negotiating on price, costs, delivery with buyers and managers
12. Checking and maintaining sales stock
13. Raising of sales invoices and authorisation of supplier payments
14. Manage payment applications
15. Negotiate the terms of current and new customer contracts/agreements
16. Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
17. Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organisation in a professional and friendly manner
18. Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
19. Manage import/export activities and procedures reporting to HMRC when necessary
20. Back-up electronic files using QA procedures
21. Use computer software to prepare invoices and financial statements
22. Code and file financial material according to Company procedures
23. Administer petty cash according to established procedures
24. Recruitment of staff as required
25. Assist with financial reports as required
26. Month end duties as required
27. Emergency First Aider

28. Sign UKAS calibration certificates
29. Monitoring day to day banking activity
30. Authorisation of supplier payments
31. Rechargeable equipment hire
32. Consumables up to £500
Experience required for Office Administrator
33. 5 Years office experience in a similar role
34. Accounts Experience
