About the role
We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our Catering team in and around North Ceredigion area on a permanent basis.
You will be expected to manage the school kitchen on a day-to day basis according to the standards laid down by Ceredigion County Council.
The role includes:
1. General kitchen duties including washing up of equipment and utensils and the cleaning of all areas and surrounds.
2. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen at all times.
3. Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards.
