Description:
Berry Recruitment are looking for a Programme Support Administrator to join a local authority at their Southampton town centre office.
This is a contract role to start ASAP on a six month contract and may become permanent after this date for the right candidate.
Working hours Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 - you are able to work from home with minimum of 1 day in the office which would be discussed at interview.
Hourly pay rate £13.91.
You will be working with the service manager within the Construction Project department.
Main Duties:
1. Support Construction service manager
2. Prepare presentations and everything needed for meetings
3. Take minutes in meetings
4. Diary management
5. Deal with customers efficiently over the phone and by email
6. Liaise with Tenant Officers of any tenant issues relating to projects
Requirements:
7. Administration experience is essential
8. Strong IT skills
9. Data entry
10. Attention to detail
