SLH Consult are partnering our client a international Project Management Consultancy who are looking to appoint an office administrator for there office within Leamington Spar.
The is an exciting opportunity to be part of this exciting and growing business, with international office locations, this position will form an integral part of the business and team, duties will consist of the following:
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Date Entry, filing and achieving
* Creating and managing documents, using outlook, excel, word
* scheduling meetings
* speaking with clients, suppliers, answering quires and resolving potential issues
* Requesting Quotations and raising purchase orders
* liaise with other team member and office locations based in Dubai, UAE
The ideal candidate will require previous experience working in a administration and support role, have strong organisation and communication skills, have a good working knowledge of word, excel, outlook.
