Are you an experienced HSE Manager looking to drive a positive safety culture in a growing engineering consultancy? We are looking for a proactive and hands-on professional to take ownership of health & safety across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, investigating incidents, and supporting management.
The Role:
Covering Essex, Kent, London, and Norfolk with nationwide travel.
Split between office/workshop (West Horndon, Essex) and on-site visits.
Standard 40-hour workweek, with overtime opportunities (£5-10k extra).
Supporting management with HSE policies and compliance.
Leading incident investigations and implementing improvements.
Running HAZOP meetings and reviewing H&S documentation for large projects.

What You Need:
✅ NEBOSH Qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Proven HSE management experience
✅ Heavy industry background
✅ Full UK driving license (clean as possible)
