Are you a creative, results-driven marketing professional with a passion for travel and sports? Travel Places has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Worthing, West Sussex. We are looking for someone who can help us tell the story of how we are supporting the world's leading sports teams & media/entertainment organisations as they travel to events across the world. Using a variety of marketing tools, you would help us to achieve increased brand awareness, customer loyalty and commercial growth.
OVERVIEW OF MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create a range of compelling visual and written marketing and communications copy and collateral that support our marcomms strategy, including blog articles, email newsletters and case studies.
2. Support the development of our social media accounts, identifying opportunities and creating engaging content that increases our reach and engagement.
3. Creating engaging internal communications content, including intranet pages, office posters and staff meeting slides.
4. Act as custodian of our brand and brand guidelines, ensuring the Travel Places brand is delivered consistently, professionally and accurately.
5. Manage internal design requests, delivering visual branding assets, including adverts, Powerpoint decks and infographics on brand and to deadline.
6. Manage relevant external agencies, developing design briefs and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
7. Support the development of our website, creating new content and identifying opportunities for future improvements in line with our overall marcomms strategy.
8. Support commercial growth and business development activity by contributing to pitch documentation as required.
9. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activity, tracking engagement and recommending improvements where relevant.
SKILLS, ABILITIES & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
The right candidate will be:
* Highly creative with excellent attention to detail.
* Able to produce a diverse set of marketing collateral, meeting deadlines and managing project budgets.
* Highly motivated with an ability to work independently and in a team-orientated collaborative environment.
* Naturally curious, with an ability to tell stories through content.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* A degree in marketing or related field (Preferred)
* At least 3 years’ experience working in a marketing role, ideally in B2B with an understanding of digital marketing.
* Experience in creating a diverse range of marketing content, both visual and written.
* Experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
* Experience in managing projects and external agencies.
* Experience in using Microsoft Office, design programmes, CMS programmes, and email marketing tools.

Base location: Worthing, West Sussex. We offer hybrid working patterns but all candidates must be available to attend our offices in Worthing, West Sussex.
